The longer that there is a standstill on this issue in appropriations the better it looks for us.  This all could end anytime there - or - someone could give in and it gets passed in appropriations then on to the senate floor for third vote (which could happen) then on to the governor.

As I said this could end with this standstill - lets keep our fingers crossed - will let you know how it turns out.
